We provide free confidential counselling, support, information and advocacy to all survivors of sexual violence in Dumfries & Galloway. This may be childhood sexual abuse, rape as an adult, sexual assault, sexual harassment at work, and a range of other issues.

We fundamentally believe that individuals can heal from experiences of sexual violence.

We are committed to doing the best we can to support survivors on their healing journey.

We support the decisions that survivors make which affect their lives

We work in a holistic and creative manner to reduce isolation and increase the self esteem of those we support.

We offer information and support to non abusing partners, families and friends of survivors of sexual violence.

We provide awareness raising to survivors, the general public and other agencies about the nature, extent and effects of sexual violence.
